As an artist, I strive for perfection in every piece of jewelry and photo I supply for you and your family. I want to make sure my work will be loved and treasured for lifetimes to come.
DNA jewelry design as part of my business started as a way to cope with my own grief of some very precious loved ones. 5% of proceeds of each jewelry purchase is donated to cancer or MS research.
My approach to photography is photo-journalistic: capturing your special moments in natural and comfortable surroundings that let you be yourselves. I strive to capture natural images of people that truly reflect their individuality, identity, and lifestyle.

Keepsake Care Instructions
-Avoid lotions, perfumes, cleaning chemicals, and hand sanitizers.
-Avoid extreme heat (Do not leave in a hot vehicle)
-Avoid water exposure (Hand Washing, Showers, Swimming, Ocean, etc)
Chemicals found in shampoos, soaps, pools and even hard water can damage the integrity of the metal and the seal that protects the ashes or other inclusions inside the jewelry.
Dip a soft microfiber cloth in a mixture of water and a mild (phosphate and ammonia-free) dishwashing soap and gently rub the damp cloth over the jewelry, rinse thoughourly and blot dry immediately.
Delivery & Guarantees
Please be aware that by purchasing from Forever Valentine Keepsakes and shipping your inclusions, that you free Forever Valentine Keepsakes, Dyana Valentine; the owner/designer, and all estate of Dyana Valentine from any liability of your inclusions. It is requested that you do not ship the last of any of your inclusions and that you save some at home. All inclusions that you send, we are released from any liability or legal pursuit for any accidents or loss to your inclusions. Your order and shipping of your inclusions implies that you agree and understand this policy.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping your inclusions. 1 ounce of milk or 1 tablespoon of cremains are requested to complete your jewelry. Any remaining cremains will be sent back to you with your purchase. Because all of our pieces are made to order, please expect 8-10 weeks for completion of your custom item.
Due to each piece being custom made, there will be no returns or refunds on completed items. There is a 20% cancelation fee on all incomplete orders to assist with our lost revenue of supplies purchased for your items. By purchasing, you are agreeing to this policy.
We ensure that only your inclusions will be used in your jewelry. No two pieces are identical and can vary in color depending on the inclusions supplied. Slight imperfections are possible as each piece is 100% hand made.
